OUR PROCESS

When designing your specific solution, Petsthetics’s goals are to reduce pain, provide support, and, most importantly, return your pet’s mobility.

Evaluation

During this step, we begin our first exam and assessment to determine a proper diagnosis and possible treatment options. As with any regular appointment, we also have some initial paperwork that needs to be completed.

Research

Once we have a full assessment of your pet’s injuries or issues, we can begin to explore our options going forward. During this step, we will finalize the best treatment option for your pet’s specific needs and anatomy.

Fabrication

During this step, the clinician will start the fabrication of your pet’s orthotic or prosthetic device. Manufacturing your device will utilize the latest technologies and state-of-the-art equipment to customize your device.

Fitting

In the fitting phase, we make sure that your custom device fits, works, and operates as it should. We make any final adjustments, initiate a plan for rehabilitation, and go over care and maintenance of your new product.

Follow-Up

Follow-up is a crucial step in making sure that your pet is adjusting, progressing as expected, and isn’t experiencing any new problems. During this time, we also develop a continual rehabilitation regimen to facilitate your pet’s best outcomes.
