A New BEGINNING

We’ve Joined Forces with VIP Veterinary Inclusive Prosthetics/Orthotics!

We’re excited to share the news of an exciting new chapter for Petsthetics! Here at Petsthetics, our main focus is elevating the quality of life for you and your pets. Now that we’re joining forces with VIP Veterinary Inclusive Prosthetics/Orthotics, we’re going to be able to do that in a new way.

This collaboration will allow us to continue to offer the best products available in the orthotic and prosthetic industry. Now, we’ll be able to offer these products to more animals. Nothing is changing with what we’ve offered before! We’re simply expanding our reach in order to provide a better quality of life for more animals than before.

“We couldn’t be more excited about collaborating with VIP. They have an incredible reputation in the industry and they share our values and love for animals.

One of the most exciting parts of the collaboration is our ability to now extend our concierge services to horses and other large animals.”

MORE ABOUT OUR OWNER

Peter DiPaolo is an American Board Certified and State Licensed Prosthetist and Orthotist. He received his B.S. in Biomechanics from the University of Connecticut in 1996. He then completed postgraduate studies at the Newington Certificate Program in Connecticut for Orthotics and Prosthetics.

Peter began his work in Pediatrics during his Orthotics Residency at the Connecticut Children’s Hospital. For over 15 years, Peter has practiced in the Human Orthotics & Prosthetics field, building his expertise in Upper and Lower Limb Prosthetics and evolving his skills using the latest technologies. Additionally, he specializes in lower extremity orthotics for children and adults with neuromuscular disabilities and injuries.

Peter transitioned into the veterinary field when he was asked to make a prosthesis for a Great Dane Puppy, Rosie. Peter utilized his knowledge in Human O&P to transition over to Veterinary O&P. This knowledge and innovation helped to make Rosie a nationally recognized story. The success with Rosie's prosthesis in 2015 inspired Peter to begin his work with animals and, thus, create Petsthetics, LLC.
